in the hospitality sector in the garden city of Port
Harcourt.
Landmark Hotels is a purpose built,
privately owned and professionally run hotel. It sits
on a landscape of approximately 20,000 Sqm. (Square
Meters) and located along the financial district of
Olu Obasanjo road, Port Harcourt.
Our presence in Port Harcourt is to provide first
class hospitality service to our prospective corporate

The management of Landmark Hotels has put together
tested and dedicated staff team, and state-of-the-art
facilities to make every stay of our esteemed guests

Landmark Hotels has a total of One
Hundred and Twelve (112) guest rooms, which includes
Deluxe Rooms, Executive Double Rooms, Superior Executive
Rooms, Luxury Suites, and Presidential Suite all luxuriantly
furnished creating a completely cozy atmosphere in
the entire internal environment. Our rates are definitely
affordable and considered with available facilities
and services.
Other facilities include a 30 seater cozy bar, so
brilliantly laid with multiple colours thus creating
a beautiful and colourful atmosphere. We also have
a swimming pool, a mini pool for children, and Poolside
bar for your comfort.
We also have halls that can accommodate up to 250
persons in a proper conference setting. These halls
can also be used for wedding reception, seminars,
small-scale meetings etc. Our restaurant comfortably
seats 48 dining guests. The interior is overlaid in
peach and cream colours thereby creating a clean and
welcoming environment for dining.
There is a modern laundry service for lodging guests
and a functional business center with Internet access
and office requirements to enable our lodging guests
do their businesses as usual.
